Your Final Step Before AHPRA Registration

The APC Clinical Workshop is the fifth and final stage of the APEP pathway, the assessment route the Australian Physiotherapy Council uses to assess internationally qualified physiotherapists. It comes after you’ve passed the Eligibility Assessment, Cultural Safety Training, Written Assessment and the remote Capability Assessment.

Unlike the rest of APEP, which is almost entirely remote, this stage requires a one-day, face-to-face visit to APC’s Simulation Lab in Melbourne. It’s run as a training-style day rather than a formal pass or fail exam: you get hands-on feedback on clinical skills, interact with peers going through the same pathway, and receive final sign-off toward AHPRA registration.
