DHP Online Application

Create an account on the MOPH Qatar portal and submit your online application. Upload all verified documents including your DataFlow report, degree certificates, transcripts and passport copy.

DHP Prometric Exam

Book and take the DHP Physiotherapy exam through Prometric. The computer-based test covers clinical physiotherapy knowledge with multiple-choice questions. Pass mark is approximately 60%.

License Issuance

After passing the exam, DHP issues your professional license. Your license category depends on your qualifications and years of experience.
